A longtime Nashville resident, Kelly graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School and trained in the art and science of litigation at the Public Defender’s Office. He began practicing criminal law in 2007. He entered private practice as a partner at Eastside Legal LLP in 2013, and in 2020, opened The Law Office of Kevin Kelly to provide comprehensive legal representation to Middle Tennesseans.
